Description

Transplanting Instructions

1. Wait until after the last frost date (typically mid-May in northern Utah).
2. Choose a spot with full sun and well-draining soil or use high-quality potting mix for containers.
3. Gently remove the plant from the 3" pot, loosen the root ball slightly, and plant at the same depth in the new container or garden bed.
4. Space plants 10–12 inches apart.
5. Water thoroughly after planting and keep soil evenly moist (but not soggy) for the first 2 weeks until established.
6. Allow the top inch of soil to dry between waterings thereafter.
7. Fertilize every 2–4 weeks with a balanced liquid fertilizer (10-10-10 or bloom booster). Deadhead faded blooms regularly to encourage more flowers.
